Review: Let me preface this review with the fact that the two of us writing this are Puerto fans from way back! Birthdays, gatherings, lunch and family dinners, this has been a favorite for a long time! Having said that, as a happy hour place it's not the best. Service is awesome, food is great, but the happy hour menu itself leaves something to be desired. (AKA their jalapeno margarita and their chili con queso). They also used to have a late night happy hour that is no more. We recommend the hour margarita with salt, all the chips and salsa you can shovel into your mouth and the quesadilla. Enjoy
