REVIEW: First and Last is an institution and if you're looking for spaghetti and meatballs this is the place! However, as far as happy hours go it doesn't rise to the top. The bar is dark wood and the crowd is an older generation with a lot of regulars. This would be good for a snowy day for some meatballs and a glass of red, but for this time of year it's not what we're looking for. The bartenders are very nice and the cocktails are decent but if you're going to make the trip to First Last I'd do it for a pasta dinner and not happy hour.
