Review: Grants is one of those places that no one goes to anymore because it's too crowded. You sit at the bar and you can't help but feel...ignored. I will hand it to them the food is decent and the drinks are mixed well but to me, it's too much work to elbow your way to the bar and then jump up and down to get a drink. I'll leave that to their regular customers, former fraternity bros.
Pro tip: If you are going to drink at Grants during late night (it's open the latest so you will end up there) get a group to go in on one of their gallon drinks. for $70 you get a gallon of alcohol, light up ice cubes, sparklers, and a waitress that will sit you at a table, take your order and bring you your drink plus water and you will never have to deal with the bartenders! Get four people to go in on it and it will cost you $19 for roughly 2 1/2 drinks, their cocktails are about $12 each. Worth it!
